Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 + benefits + 28 days holiday
Working on a range of clients covering the whole spectrum from listed firms to small owner managed businesses, reflecting a vibrant and entrepreneurial local market place. Duties include:
* Act as a major point of contact within the firm for the client together with the Partner. This includes responding quickly to, as well as anticipating, client requests/needs, keeping clients informed of progress in relation to all aspects of the service provided and maintaining regular contact with clients.
* Recruit, retain, develop and motivate our employees, which include participating in graduate recruitment, ensuring job appraisal documentation is completed within deadlines and ensuring appropriate objectives and development plans are in place for counselees.
* Support Partners and Senior Managers in the development of new business relationships and business proposals through high level sales and marketing activity.
* Support Partners with the implementation and communication of any new business strategy for existing clients, target clients and the internal business.

Staff are given exposure to the technical and logistical complexities of working on large corporates, along with the more intimate experience of working directly with entrepreneurs who run their own businesses.
You will be a qualified (ACA/ACCA) Auditor with experience of managing a team; seeking the next step in your career.
You will have gained significant experience of managing audits from planning and budgeting through to completion.
You will be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements.
Working knowledge of financial products, firm services, issues regarding advice and regulation and compliance, including anti-money laundering is also required.
