About The Role

  • Support Executive Compensation analysis, requirements and reporting.
  • Support regulatory reporting (annual reports, gender pay gap).
  • Oversee competitive benchmarking, providing guidance to the HR Business Partners.
  • Assessment of existing EU/UK benefit programmes to assure competitiveness in the marketplace
  • Support benefit plans renewal process, oversee administration and invoicing.
  • Support development and delivery of communication tools and materials to enhance employee understanding of the company’s rewards package.
  • Plan, oversee and coordinate the annual performance, objective setting and compensation cycles.
  • Support the provision of compensation and benefit solutions for new workforces during geographic expansion projects.
  • Construct international assignment packages and expatriate benefits ensuring compliance and cost effectiveness.
  • Support design and administration of sales incentive plans.
  • Administer all group employee benefit programs enrolment of new employees, current employee amendments and removal of leavers.
  • Undertake required benefit related accounting tasks in conjunction with Accounts Payable.
  • Support Sharesave roll out activities.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, third party administrators brokers and advisors.
  • Oversee core HR data in the HR database as it pertains to Compensation activities.
  • Ensures that all activities and interactions are carried out with the highest ethical and professional standards and that all work is accomplished with quality and in accordance with BTG values.
  • Identify and propose areas of improvement.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, human resources or related field and relevant experience required.
    CIPD or related certification optional.
  • Technically skilled with proven compensation and benefits experience including benefits, salary surveys, salary and bonuses reviews and incentives.
  • High level of IT literacy with advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential. A proficiency in/experience using HR Information Systems would be an advantage.
