A unique and growing Manufacturing business is looking to take on a Financial Controller to facilitate the businesses growth plans and lead the small accounting function. The role will report directly into a Managing Director and play an key part in the businesses day to day running from a financial prospective whilst playing a key part in the analysis and planning required for business decisions. The role will involve the following:
This individual would need to have experience in working within an SME, show a desire to progress and grow with the business, whilst also improving processes and identifying ways to optimise IT efficiency. You would need to hold excellent Business Partnering and Communication skills, be able to challenge and be challenged, whilst offering a consultative approach to the provision of analysis. It is essential that you have both experience in Netsuite.
This would be ideal for a QBE or part-qualified accountant, this business has ambitious growth plans as such, is able to offer progress and development
