About The Role

  • As part of a small team, provide administrative backup
  • Input and maintain online new business submissions and existing client administration
  • Make telephone calls to clients or third parties to ask or answer questions and request information with confidence
  • Independently write letters and or emails
  • Multi task and prioritise
  • Show initiative to find answers to questions or problem solve on their own
  • Request illustrations
  • Upload and amend excel spreadsheets
  • Deal with electronic scanning and filing
  • Collate and analyse information

About Our Client

Our client, a highly successful, well established Wealth Management practice who is looking for an outgoing, motivated and organised Administrator to join their team. Full training will be given to a good administrator and confident communicator who is keen to learn and develop and have a rewarding career within financial Services.

About You

Have good administration skills and have worked in a financial services company. The successful candidate would be willing to sit exams and to progress within the company.
