About The Role

As the Cluster Financial Controller you will providing support, guidance and advice on technical and operational issues relating to finance within the hotels.

Within this role you will be providing financial analysis to give an insight and provide commentary to ensure the financial dimension of the operations are fully understood.

Within this role you will be responsible for:

  • Financial Reporting – Accurately providing forecasts and revenues of the business, preparing all records and financial statements and providing variance analysis of actuals vs. budgets and forecasts
  • Management – Providing support to the General Manager in managing the hotel staff, leading the finance team’s development, training and performance
  • Financial Analysis – Provide meaningful reports with commentary to present at a Group level, highlighting variations in performance and providing a guide to management on the financial results of the hotels
  • Financial Compliance – Ensure properly maintained accounting records are kept for the hotels

About Our Client

This role will be working in the heart of London’s West End within a well-established Group of Hotels. You will be liaising with the Group finance function and helping the continued growth and success of these hotels.

About You

We are looking for experienced Hotel Financial Controllers to join this company within a Cluster Financial Controller position, you must have the following skills and experiences to join the company within this role:

  • Extensive experience working as a Hotel Financial Controller
  • Ideally you will have multi-site experience from within the hotel industry but we will consider a step from a single site position
  • If you hold a professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) it will be seen favourable
  • Experience must be from within UK Hotels
