About The Role

Working within the HR Operations team, the role requires a confident HR professional who will be comfortable providing senior HR administrative or advisory duties across the business, liaising with HR Business Partners and Business Managers covering all aspects of Employee contractual changes; leavers; maternity/paternity requests; employment screening; absence management; data management.
The opportunity will provide a great platform for a committed CIPD qualified HR professional to gain some valuable experience working in a role with broad scope and responsibilities with the potential of an extension or permanent employment at the end. Given the FTC nature of this role, it will suit someone who is nearing the end of a contract or can be available to start at short notice. Financial services experience is not required so this is a great opportunity to gain experience within an FCA regulated client. About You

  • CIPD Level 3 Foundation or equivalent desirable but not essential.
  • A level or equivalent.
  • Must have extensive experience working in a fast-paced HR Operations environment
  • Strong focus on administration, processes and customer service.
  • Employment law knowledge – Basic/Intermediate
  • HR Systems experience
  • Excel – Intermediate/Advanced
  • Word – Intermediate/Advanced
  • Outlook – Intermediate/Advanced
