About The Role

The HR Operations Manager will have responsibility for providing a comprehensive overview and insight into all operational issues gained through regular reporting and one to one meetings across the business. You will be required to develop strong relationships across the corporate business and the operational sites across the South East, with particular focus on the mid and senior management layers. As HR Operations Manager, you will also be responsible for ensuring all HR policies and procedures are implemented and upheld correctly.

About You

  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience of Employee Relations including Disciplinary, grievance, sickness management, capability, terminations in complex, matrix organisations
  • Up to date knowledge of Employment Law
  • Experience of writing and implementing policies, procedures & guidelines
  • Intermediate IT Skills including MS Word, Excel and HR databases
  • Commercially aware and able to influence all stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident decision maker
  • Sound organisational skills.
  • Strong professionalism and credibility.
