HR TUPE Specialist

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

About The Role

The individual will work closely with the firm’s bids and sales team, senior management and wider HR team on a project basis acting a the go to  SME for all TUPE transfers with responsibilities including identify when TUPE is applicable, drafting of measures, assisting with bid preparations, undertaking all necessary due diligence, cost analysis and comparison of the contracts, contract negotiation through to on boarding.

Some TUPE processes can be quite large and complex requiring excellent stakeholder management skills so confidence and credibility around this area of HR is a prerequisite to be considered.

The opportunity is a full time position and is an urgent requirement requiring a quick start. CIPD Qualified preferred.

About You

  • Experienced HR Generalist
  • Confident ability to identify when TUPE is applicable
  • Strong understanding of the management of end to end TUPE processes
  • Previously involved in Bid preparation and contract negotiation
  • Proven record in building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet conflicting priorities/deadlines
  • Sound organisational skills.
  • Strong professionalism and credibility
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • CIPD Qualified
