About The Role

With management & development responsibility for the HR & MI Analyst, this high-profile role requires a balance of specialist skills covering both in depth knowledge of HR processes and strong technical capability across multiple HR systems to be able to analyse, develop the systems, manipulate data and continuously improve the HRIS environment for the future benefit and productivity of the business.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure accuracy of all HR records across all systems
  • Work closely with the HR application support team to make sure any system changes and improved functionality are documented and tested before implementation and that system guidelines are updated to support the changes.
  • Develop all HR systems ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert advice on all systems used within HR & Payroll.
  • Action and resolve all queries raised by management and HR in relation to HRIS and Data.
  • Develop and deliver regular MI reporting to the business while ensuring all HR governance, data management and compliance requirements are met.

About You

  • Strong experience across HRIS 
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of HR systems, processes and procedures
  • Strong experience of HR data management and production of Management Information
  • Solid Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills to senior level
  • Expert data manipulation skills
