About The Role

  • Responsible for managing key provider relationships including fleet and other benefit providers driving value from contracts and ensuring a quality service is delivered.
  • Provide guidance to the benefits administration team to provide efficient and engaging benefits administration and communications, continually looking for process improvements.
  • Manage the annual enrolment process for the employee health care scheme
  • Develop benefits MI to inform levels of engagement and develop strategies to support targeted benefits take up
  • Develop a proposal and implementation plan for a new Long Service awards proposition
  • Develop a proposal and implementation plan for a recognition plan
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of new pay ranges as part of the job grading and pay ranges project
  • Design and delivery of bonus programs, incentive programs, and commission schemes
  • Contribute to the design and development of the reward strategy, ensuring that policy and practice aligned to the business and people strategies, values & beliefs.
  • Provide support to the Head of Reward on strategic reward projects and initiatives and the implementation of reward changes
  • Ensure Reward communications are up to date, engaging and accessible to employees

About Our Client

  • The successful applicant will have a professional background as either a Reward Specialist or HR Generalist with a reward bias.
  • HR & Reward knowledge gained in a corporate or consulting environment
  • Advanced IT skills, specifically in Excel
  • Excellent numerical, analytical and market research skills, with ability to convert analysis into recommendations and concise reports
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and a good record of accomplishment of multitasking and prioritising a workload.
  • Team player confident in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with others.
  • Must be discreet, diplomatic and treat information within the department as highly confidential
  • Experience of managing benefit programs including developing engaging communications and efficient administration processes
  • Experience of managing pay structures
  • The experience of influencing at a senior management level.
  • The experience of managing external suppliers.
  • The experience of developing key internal and external relationships.
