About The Role

As the Accounts Assistant you will be working on a Part Time basis, 20 hours per week from 09.00-13.00.

The role will be working closely within a small finance team and will be involved with a wide variety of duties, duties as below:

  • Assist the Management Accountant with preparation of accounts
  • Validate, have authorized and process purchase invoices
  • Reconcile bank statements, set up payments and assist in managing the balances of the different trading entities
  • Reconciliations – reconcile stock movements, determine refunds and process adjustments where necessary
  • Plus additional ad-hoc responsibilities

This role is working within a small yet growing business and they are offering the successful applicant the opportunity to be supported within the business

About You

We are looking for individuals that are immediately available or available on a weeks notice maximum that are looking for no more than 20 hours work per week. The role is working in the mornings from 09.00-13.00.

You will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience working as an Accounts Assistant
  • Good IT skills including Excel to Pivot Table level
  • Available at short notice and looking for Part Time work
