Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 pro rata
You will be managing a payroll of 200 plus monthly salaried staff, across multiple UK sites coordinating the relevant information for submission to the external payroll provider. You will be processing and monitoring all staff changes including starters/leavers, amendments to pay rates, ensuring all information is compliant with payroll policies. You will be liaising with employees to handle and resolve payroll queries, updating and checking payroll benefits. It will be your responsibility to audit current payrolls to ensure compliancy and assist in the preparation of monthly payroll reports and year end processes.
Strong experience of processing a sizeable payroll from start to finish to include manual calculations and a good knowledge of current payroll legislation. Strong experience of dealing with complexed payroll queries and adept at working in a sole charge capacity.
