About The Role

As the Risk and Management Reporting Manager your role will be split between providing a Risk Oversight on the business as well as providing robust and insightful management information on financial, product balance and margin related matters to the business. As the Risk and Management Reporting Manager your duties will include:

Risk Oversight:

  • Ensure agreed risk frameworks and in place
  • Co-ordinate annual risk reviews, ensuring effective input and ownership by risk owners
  • Maintain the risk Register

Management Information:

  • Production of daily, weekly and monthly management information
  • Be the ‘go-to’ point of contact for any ad-hoc information requirements

  • Regulatory Reporting Support

The role is working from the Reigate office of this Financial Services business, they are well established and have a friendly and supportive environment to work within.

About You

We are looking for an individual that has good Operational Risk experience and the abilities to produce the Management Information for the business as required. Key skills and attributes include:

  • Previous experience of working within an Operational Risk Management position or Risk Reporting based role
  • We are open on qualification, (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and will also consider part qualified or Qualified By Experience applications
  • Previous experience must be from a Financial Services environment
  • You must have strong Excel skills, Pivot Tables and Lookups and a minimum
  • If you have SQL experience it would be seen favourably

Things you should know

Within this role you will be supporting the wider business, you will need to be able to speak to all around you and influence the senior managers to buy in to risk.
