About The Role

The Payroll Assistant will be responsible for all data input, processing duties and provide on-going administrative support.

Key duties include:

  • Processing starters & leavers to the company Payroll & Pension scheme
  • Monthly Payroll reporting on key areas such as overtime and absences
  • Checking information received from all company branches
  • Responsible for the resolution of all Payroll queries
  • Updating Payroll information on MS Excel
  • Ad hoc Payroll reports

About You

Ideally you will already have a proven track record within either a Payroll Bureau or company Payroll department and be well organised with strong administrative skills.

Alternatively you will be bright with good accounting or administration experience and be capable of picking up new skills and experience.

The successful applicant will be a personable team player with a comprehensive knowledge of both MS Excel and MS Word.
