Our Weybridge team is headed up by Director Sam Morgan, who has been working in recruitment for 19 years — 16 of which have seen her specialising in accountancy and finance.
Ever since starting her recruitment career, Sam has always operated in the Surrey market and, over the years, she has worked with some of the world’s largest brands to build teams and develop contacts.
Thanks to her three mantras — treat people how you want to be treated, today’s candidate is tomorrow’s client and always trust your instincts — Sam has built a solid reputation of providing the highest level of service to both candidates and clients.
Sam’s sole focus is collaborative, long-term client and candidate relationships, which has resulted in her retaining close business relationships that have spanned over a decade. In fact, she is still working with quite a few people from her early days in recruitment!
Having previously worked as an Office Administrator for a franchise cleaning business (a role which was similar to running a temp desk but without the luxury of having time to find the perfect candidate!), Sam now specialises in the interim and contract market across the Weybridge area.
