A qualified Practice Accountant at a crossroads in their career. I have worked with them in the past and found their most recent position, unfortunately this move has not worked out and they are seeking a new position. In the past, the candidate was very keen to gain experience within Audit, already being a qualified accountant, they were even prepared to take a lower salary if that meant gaining the audit experience they wanted. Even with a slightly lower salary, their charge out rate has just been too high to gain the Audit experience they were seeking, this has led to a couple of firms taking advantage and hired an ACCA candidate for a lower salary with the promise of Audit exposure. The candidate has extensive Practice Accounting experience and has been a team leader, particularly enjoying helping and training the junior members. They are now seeking to join a firm where they can utilise their existing experience and continue to grow their career with plenty of career progression moving forward.

A very friendly individual who thrives in a team and enjoys working with a mix of clients.

Exposure includes:
