Exposure includes:

  • Maintenance of accounting records and preparation of annual accounts.
  • Sales Ledger including invoicing, statements, receipts and credit control.
  • Purchase Ledger including allocating, coding, authorising and posting invoices, agreeing statements.
  • Production of basic monthly management accounts and preparation of annual budget.
  • VAT returns and quarterly EEC sales lists.
  • Weekly and monthly payroll function including submission to HMRC.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Assist with cash flow forecasts.

System exposure: Sage 50, Advanced Excel skills
