An experienced and loyal Accounts Payable Specialist who is immediately available and looking for their next role. They have worked in AP for the past 20 years and have mainly worked in team environments. Furthermore, they have worked with multiple currencies and have had staff management exposure but are now looking to step away from management. A very credible and hard-working individual who is available at short notice.
Exposure includes:
- Posting daily purchase invoices in multiple currencies across numerous systems.
- Reconciling, preparing and allocating international supplier payments.
- Raising international payments from 4 different banks and resolving queries.
- Preparing daily UK and international supplier payments and monthly BACKS run.
- Setting up new accounts for new clients and supplies.
- Resolving suppliers’ payment queries.
- Supporting with the Credit Control function.
- Processing employee expense claims and credit card transactions in multiple currencies.
Software knowledge: SAP, RAFT, CARGOWISE
Qualifications: QBE
