- Supervising a team of 4, producing management reports and reviewing performance.
- Leading intercompany processing team and overseeing month-end procedures.
- Dealing with escalation of supplier queries and handling key supplier accounts.
- Liaising with employees for approval and coding of invoices and purchase orders.
- Processing of supplier invoices using both Agresso and SAP.
- Reconciling of suppliers statements and processing staff expenses.
- GRNI reconciliations and investigations.
- Driving internal process improvement and implementing new systems to improve efficiency.
