This can range from organising large scale conferences, meetings with VIPs, to managing the GM’s time/calendar and prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Her exceptional organisational and time management skills enable her to efficiently manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and prioritise tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • She is also responsible for producing the bi‐weekly leadership team meeting agenda, running the meetings, and taking minutes/actions, later producing and sharing via Teams site.
  • She developed an efficient process for DocuSign management, which she successfully deployed to other team members – giving training where needed. As the highest‐level DocuSign user at the Surrey Head Office, she was always on hand to provide help and advice where required.
  • In addition to her other responsibilities, she was fully accountable for Head Office contracts, including symposium, congress, team events and recurring webinars. She raised all contracts, uploaded into DocuSign, processed payments and prepared invoices. Liaising with HCPs and vendors alike, directly and professionally regarding their payment queries/questions.
