- Performing bank reconciliations and processing cash receipts, payment journals, and allocations to invoices
- Supporting financial operations by raising and posting purchase orders, invoices, and credits
- Assisting with payroll processes, including entering new employee details and applying monthly adjustments
- Handling credit control tasks, such as sending statements, following up on delayed payments, and managing license suspensions
- Preparing financial data for reporting, including cash analysis and trial balances
- Collaborating with sales, management, and internal teams to streamline billing and finance-related operations
System exposure: Microsoft Office, Business Central and SalesForce
Qualifications:
- AAT Level 3 – currently studying
- AAT Level 2 – completed
