Extensive experience in financial, risk management and internal controls. Detailed financial understanding of Companies based in Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America.

- Preparation of monthly financial accounts and reporting pack
- Annual preparation of Statutory Accounts
- Manage rolling forecasts
- Preparation of financial statements
- Monthly intrastat returns and quarterly VAT returns
- Review, development, and implementation of improvements to procedures and controls to ensure full compliance with SOX requirements
- Group consolidation, cash management, corporate tax and transfer pricing
- Team management
- Systems exposure – advanced Microsoft office Excel, Access, Agresso, SAP Ariba, Hyperion HFM, Hyperion Essbase, JD Edwards, Sun Accounts, PeopleSoft, Lotus, and Sage Line 50
