This individual has a proven track record in senior finance leadership roles, having worked in both industry and, more recently, within Not-for-Profit and charitable organisations, including education. She is a highly capable professional with considerable experience working at both strategic and Board levels. Her responsibilities extend beyond financial reporting and control to include team management and stakeholder engagement, often beyond traditional finance functions, including facilities, health & safety, HR and procurement.

Exposure includes:

  • Preparation of consolidation accounts in accordance with SORP
  • Design and development of a five-year financial modelling tool
  • Involvement in software system implementations
  • Cross-border projects across the UK and Europe involving commercial analysis, modelling, and business partnering with corporate reporting to the US headquarters
  • Responsibility for Board reporting and strategic proposals
  • Preparation of statutory accounts and management of the audit process
  • Ensuring SOX compliance
  • Experience of managing teams of up to 10 staff

Software knowledge: Sage Intact, TM1, Oracle, Cognos, Hyperion, Sage 200
