Exposure includes:

  • HR and recruitment admin. Preparation of NDAs.
  • Liaising with payroll regarding salary and pension queries
  • Projects: identify and test a suitable HR system for the rapidly growing team. Set up employee profiles and migrate all HR and RTW documentation from company drive to new HR system. Audit website, suggest and implement improvements.
  • Research: office space options for company relocation and employee benefit options e.g. Cycle to Work Scheme.
  • Bookkeeping: assisting Financial Controller prepare for quarterly management reports and VAT returns by collecting and processing invoices on Xero. Performing regular bank reconciliations. Chasing missing expenses receipts.
  • Diary management, organising meetings and company parties.

Software knowledge: MS Office, G-Suite, Canva, WordPress, Zoho CRM, Breathe HR, PeopleXD, Xero

Qualifications:

  • 6-week Sustainability for Small Business Programme (CIPD Accredited)
  • 6 week Small & Mighty Enterprise Programme
  • Safeguarding course
