- Maintain Product Specifications – a central database for all product information relating to Sales and Logistics. Covering Everything from Commodity Codes to Weights and dimensions.
- Working knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation and customs formalities and Letters of Credit.
- To facilitate all shipping and logistic requirements, securing the most competitive freight prices available.
- Researching logistics solutions for new franchises
- Importing vehicles and parts, dealing with facilities and temporary Imports
- Liaising with freight Agents to expedite all customer requests.
Software knowledge:
- I.T Literate with considerable experience with working of computer systems, including Microsoft Office software.
- Technical Knowledge and experience of using a wide range of computer equipment and ERP Systems.
Qualifications: DGD Certified.
