Exposure includes:

  • Executive Assistant providing a high level of administrative support to the business Founder/Director.
  • Maintaining appointment schedules by planning/booking meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Supporting the COO in relation to efficient office preparations and procedures
  • Responsible for all HR administration: offer letters, contracts, promotions, salary changes etc. ensuring confidential information is handled with utmost discretion.
  • Working alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager by defining job roles, screening applications, conducting initial phone interviews, booking in-person interviews and facilitating technical ability assessments.
  • Calculating monthly wages, payroll information and tax updates.
  • Ensuring companywide compliance documents are kept up to date and relevant
  • Onboarding all new staff including software and hardware set up, orientation and first day induction
  • Adhering to all business, customer and regulatory QSHE directives including, but not limited to, Pt145 maintenance, and Dangerous Goods handling and shipping.
  • Facilitating and actively participating in all Continuous Improvement activity using all available data and other resources. Identifying error trends and opportunities for improvement.

System exposure:  Fully conversant with Working Life (SAP), Reapit (RPS), AdIntel, Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:

  • National Diploma Travel and Tourism
  • AS Levels English Literature
  • AS Levels Psychology
  • GCSE’s 10 Grade B-C
  • Training: Risk Assessor Training
