A versatile and charismatic Office Manager who is currently finishing a role and looking for their next challenge. They have worked across a number of industries, having started their career in a large PLC business before moving into more of an SME fit where they have really thrived. Furthermore, they have a very diverse skillset and are now looking for a role where they can become a valued member within the team and showcase their experience. A very well-presented individual who is available at short notice.

Exposure includes:

  • Providing administrative support on various office projects and liaising with senior management regarding several business needs.
  • Overseeing the running of the office and making sure it is running at full efficiency.
  • HR support, updating policies and maintaining the company handbook. Handling any employee enquiries.
  • Office contact for IT, telecom and broadband issues.
  • Data protection officer, rolling out of necessary training at regular intervals and overseeing company compliance.
  • Diary management for the CEO and arranging travel arrangements.
  • Assisting with the accounts function and onboarding new suppliers.
  • Oversee new website creation.
  • Procurement n- reviewing and sourcing suppliers.

Qualifications: NVQ Business Administration Level 2 & 3
