A professional and motivated individual with over 15 years’ administrative experience across a broad range of industries including recruitment, pharmaceuticals, and legal. Exposure includes:

  • Supporting CEO/Founder, Managing Directors and recruitment consultants on a day-to-day basis to ensure the smooth running of the office, and assisting with the end-to-end process of successfully placing candidates into new roles
  • Coordinating the day-to-day operational and administrative functions for the office
  • Preparing invoices, terms and conditions, and proposal for clients
  • Assisting with creating, sending and managing mailshots via Campaign Monitor
  • Support consulting projects and proposal submissions (scheduling, proof-reading, document collation and preparation)
  • Working alongside Resource Mangers to allocate appropriate resources
  • Supporting the effective utilisation of the internal and external solutions teams to meet client and business needs and ensuring the successful delivery of all workshop events and the smooth running of international locations within the business
  • Diary coordination/management
