Exposure includes:
- Overseeing all work from trade personnel, suppliers, and contractors whilst scheduling, supervising, and maintaining quality control.
- Assisting with growth plans including recruitment, managing office viewings, and preparing all new starter equipment and technology.
- Support marketing with updating company collateral, formatting CV’s etc.
- Supporting Executive Leadership Team with diary management, booking appointments and reservations both professionally and personally.
- Managing the maintenance of the building including but not limited to all appliances, electricity, heating and air conditioning, security, audio visual equipment etc.
- Writing and distribution of employment contracts and offer letters whilst ensuring complete adherence to employment law.
- Use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, DocuSign, Sage etc., to produce correspondence and documents, maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Monitoring and support with annual licences and contract renewals such as insurance and equipment schedules and utilities.
