A vastly experienced Payroll Manager who is being made redundant and now looking for their next challenge. They have 12 years’ experience working in Payroll and progressed from a Payroll Officer all the way up to International Payroll & HR Manager. They have experience in managing small teams as well as working within sole charge roles and are happy doing either in their next position. Furthermore, they have experience in implementing new systems and they are a very versatile individual. Their ranging skillset could add great value to any business and they are available to start a new role from September.

Exposure includes:

  • Responsible for payroll invoicing for international payrolls and using the PO system to complete/authorise payments.
  • Preparing finance payroll summaries for all divisions across the business and ensuring queries for transactions are answered.
  • Implementation of 5 payrolls onto a new global platform.
  • Pension auto enrolment letters for new starters and auto-enrolled employees for UK payrolls on a monthly basis.
  • Preparing P11D benefits and expenses and any paper forms if applicable and authorising online with HMRC for UK payrolls.
  • Delivery of payroll processes across all EMEA countries.
  • Approving all employee info changes updated in the HR system and ensuring relevant back up supports the change.
  • Assisting with GIP/GLA employee salary data and excepted life scheme for UK employees across all divisions.
