A highly experienced Payroll Manager who is immediately available and looking for their next role. They have over 14 years’ experience in payroll and have progressed from a Trainee Payroll Administrator to a Payroll Manager, managing a team of 4. They have predominately worked in an outsourcing payroll environment which has given them great exposure to working with a variety of clients as well as a mixture of payrolls. Furthermore, they have been involved in implementing new payroll software and have a great problem-solving mindset. They now find themselves immediately available to start their next role and are happy to look at moving inhouse or into another outsourcing position.

Exposure includes:

  • Providing payroll services to a portfolio of clients, varying in size and complexity.
  • Managing over 50 clients entire payroll process, P45’s, P60 and upload of payslips.
  • Onboarding new clients and managing any issues/queries.
  • Setting up PAYE scheme with HMRC and ceasing schemes when needed.
  • Processed starters and leavers including pro rotation of salary.
  • Dealt with auto enrolment, re enrolment and statutory letters.
  • Manual input of data and import of changes.
  • Created BACS process for team to follow and was the first point of call.
  • Managed a small team of 4, trained new staff and helped resolving any queries with clients.

Qualifications: Foundation degree in Payroll Management, Payroll technician certificate advanced
