Exposure includes:

  • Managing a portfolio of high value clients and building relationships with the relevant contacts.
  • Managing any old debts and agreeing appropriate payments terms.
  • Managing their own cash allocations and reporting, allowing them to establish missed payments.
  • Escalating accounts through legal and residential services when required.
  • Overseeing weekly debt review and arranging next actions.
  • Successfully reducing a £2.5 million pound aged debt by reconciling ledger accounts and managing the accounts rigorously.
  • Putting new procedures in pace to ensure smooth running of the function.
  • Training new members of staff and supporting them through the training process.
