- Customer & Sales Support: Act as the main contact for customers and distributors in the UK, Netherlands, Spain, and Germany; support the sales team with updates, meetings, and visits.
- Order & Pricing Management: Handle quotations, quantity contracts, special price requests, and manage customer-specific price lists in SAP.
- Logistics & Supply Coordination: Liaise with production sites (Thailand, China) and logistics (France) to manage lead times, shipments, stock levels, and service orders.
- Administrative & Financial Tasks: Assist with new account setups, support finance with account queries and payments, and perform banking duties as a second signatory.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales reports, input forecasts, and ensure planning teams are kept informed of upcoming demands and orders.
