Exposure includes:

  • Managing the CRM (Hubspot), ensuring all leads are captured. Managing sales pipeline. Generating forecasts and reports
  • Manage prospective clients, completing follow-up demonstrations, or arranging follow-up appointments and demonstrations by senior sales personnel
  • Create, or direct external agency to create regular marketing communications and manage the publishing and distribution of the communications through the CRM
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets (Excel) for internal reporting (margin fees, rebates for their clients etc.)
  • Making sure weekly/monthly/quarterly targets are achieved
  • Managing the reception area, being the first point of contact for the business

System exposure: Salesforce, Hubspot, SAP System, Merit System, MS Office Suite, Switchboard, MICROS System, FIDELIO/ARES, PPE Database, MR System, ASK HR

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree of Economy and management, Hubspot (qualification Feb 2024)
