Brand and Marketing Manager – About The Role

The successful candidate must be prepared to ‘own’ the marketing function. This includes driving the business forward particularly in terms of developing audience insights and research. The successful candidate will be a confident self-starter, able to hit the ground at running pace to deliver deadlines and have the confidence/gravitas to interact with senior stakeholders.  You will be responsible for:

  • Annual marketing plans and brand
  • National advertising markets
  • Company credentials, network presentations and media packs
  • Market research and insights

The successful Brand and Marketing Manager will have:

  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing roles ideally from the media marcoms or a similar sector
  • High energy levels – upbeat and engaging, with a positive outlook
  • Experience and interest in the wider media, marketing and communications sectors
  • Strategic thinker
  • Audience insights and research experience and data/analytical skillset
  • Natural organisational and prioritisation skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • A self-starter with creative flair
  • Copy-writing capability and design/visual comms competency
  • Hands on approach
  • People management experience
  • Experience using cloud based MS and Adobe packages, including MS Dynamics for CRM, an associated email system called Click-Dimensions and Creative Suite
