An excellent opportunity has become available for an Customer Service Administrator to work for this marketing leading organisation who are experiencing year on year growth. The role is to start ASAP and is for an initial period of 6 months.
Administrator – About The Role
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to use and develop their skills in an administration based role. You will be working as part of a team so being a team player is key as well as the ability to work individually. The successful person will be a key member of this busy team and be dealing directly with large volumes of data so attention to detail, accuracy and speed is key. Other duties include:
- Answering calls and dealing with customer queries
- Filing and scanning
- Ad hoc duties as required to support the Manager and the team
The successful Administrator will be:
You will be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, be organised, have good attention to detail and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role. Most importantly you will be happy working in a pressurised environment.
