Lead Marketing Specialist – About The Role
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the brand’s growth by executing marketing strategies that showcase their advanced vehicle technologies. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the company’s products, managing content, and driving customer engagement. You will also support their sister company’s marketing efforts, ensuring a unified approach across the brand.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Align product marketing activities with overall brand positioning and business objectives.
- Plan and execute customer campaigns to promote our technology, sustain awareness, and drive adoption.
- Develop and manage compelling content for current and prospective customers, including case studies, webinars, and digital assets.
- Oversee the global conference calendar and manage speaker content production.
- Measure and report on marketing activities’ outcomes and ROI.
- Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define target audiences.
- Coordinate promotional activities, events, and interviews.
- Manage multimedia content production and website maintenance.
The successful Lead Marketing Specialist will have/be:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role, with a proven track record of delivering on commitments.
- Project-based marketing experience is highly advantageous.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Collaborative experience working with remote teams across different geographies.
- Proactive management of content, events, and media.
- Strong social media and digital skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and incorporate new insights and ideas.
- Strong motivation and energy to see projects through to completion.
- Significant experience in product marketing for B2B technology or automotive products.
- Proven success in creating marketing plans for diverse geographic regions and languages.
- Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM).
- Ability to translate complex ideas and data into simple, impactful messages.
