An excellent opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator to join this marketing leading organisation that is experiencing year on year growth. This is a full-time role working 40 per week and it is fully office based with on-site parking provided. Our client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Sales Administrator – About The Role
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to use and develop their skills in an administration-based role. You will be working as part of a team so being a team player is key as well as the ability to work individually. The successful person will be a key member of this busy team and be dealing directly with customers and large volumes of data so attention to detail, accuracy and speed is important.
Duties will include:
- Administration
- Updating reports and producing financial reports
- Dealing with customer queries over the phone and by email and escalating where necessary
- Setting up customer accounts and processing customer orders
- Reconciling data
- Ad hoc duties as required to support the team
The successful Sales Administrator will have/be:
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Most importantly you will be happy working in a pressurised environment
