Credit Controller – About The Role
In this role you will be reporting into the Senior Credit Controller and will be assisting with the running of the Sales Ledger/Credit Control function. Furthermore, you will be working within the wider finance team where you will be required to assist with additional responsibilities.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Supporting with daily running of the credit control function, ensuring collection of all monies owed
- Responsible for the collection of sales ledger debts
- Required to build good working relationships with key suppliers
- Preparation of credit reviews within appropriate recommendations for approval
- Overseeing the production of statement runs and subsequent stop process
- Monitoring and controlling all supplier accounts as well as setting up new suppliers
- Resolution of queries and disputes with suppliers
- Review customer credit limits
The successful Credit Controller will have:
- Previous experience in a Credit Control position
- Experience in a manufacturing company is desirable
- Good Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
