Salary : £20,000 - £25,000

Finance Assistant – About The Role

In this role you will be working within an established finance team and will be reporting into the Finance Manager. You will be supporting the daily running of the finance function and your key responsibilities will be:

  • Processing invoices into the system and reconciling delivery notes with invoices received and purchase orders
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding any queries and setting up new accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries
  • Process business expense returns
  • Assist in the BACS payments run process
  • Completing finance processes relating to purchase requisition orders and invoices
  • Ensuring all finance admin is organised correctly

The successful Finance Assistant will have:

  • Previous experience in a finance role (entry level candidates will also be considered)
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
