Bookkeeper – About The Role
As the Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records. Leveraging your SAP expertise, you’ll ensure seamless financial operations while contributing to the organisation’s overall success.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger reconciliation, and payroll processing
- Utilise SAP software for financial data entry, reporting, and analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and auditing processes
- Provide support during month-end and year-end closings
The successful Bookkeeper will have/be:
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Advanced knowledge of SAP financial modules is essential
- Available immediately or on short notice
