An excellent opportunity has become available for a fluent German speaking Invoicing Assistant to join a market leading business as they continue to grow. This is a full time (38.75 hours per week) position based in Hamburg with 2 days working from home.

Invoicing Assistant – About The Role
You will be involved with the following responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of accounts payable master data in the ERP system Enterprise One for all Companies
- Digital incoming invoice processing: receipt, recording, checking, validation, rejection,
- Further processing and distribution of invoices and other documents
- Processing of manual incoming mail
- Incoming reminder processing
- Checking and correcting document completeness between the ERP system
- Taking on other administrative
The successful Invoicing Assistant will have/be:
- Fluent in speaking German
- Want to join a market leading organisation who are experiencing continued growth

- Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers
- High resilience, service orientation and ability to work in a team
