A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join a small and friendly team in a growing business based in Weybridge.
Part Time Accounts Assistant – About The Role
- Input journals, supplier invoices and sales invoices into Sage
- Full responsibility for the processing and management of creditors and debtors age analysis
- Preparation of payments to suppliers and loading into the bank and Sage on a weekly basis
- Creation of sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Other ad hoc duties as required
The successful Part Time Accounts Assistant will have:
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
- High level of numeracy and financial acumen
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle pressure without compromising on accuracy or quality
- Self-starter with the ability to manage own workload
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
