To be successful in this role, you will have consistent Accounts Payable knowledge and experience. The successful individual will be able to meet the expected demands of the business, provide a high quality service to the business and suppliers. You will also have a wealth of experience processing Purchase Orders and reconciling invoices.

Accounts Payable Assistant – About The Role
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier queries via phone and email
- Investigating discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices
- Coding and processing all invoices received in the business
- Controlling and monitoring the authorisation of invoices
- Managing the Accounts Payable inbox
- General ad-hoc accounts duties as and when requested

It is essential that you have the following skills and experience:
- A wealth of solid/consistent Accounts Payable experience, in particular, experienced in coding and processing a high volume of invoices on a daily basis
- Processing purchase orders
- Reconciling invoices
- Resolving queries
- An excellent work ethic, attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Organised and used to working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience within an Accounts Payable role is essential
