Director of Finance & Operations – About The Role
You will be joining an established business that is looking to appoint a Director of Finance & Operations whereby you will be overseeing and managing the finance, HR and operational functional for this multi-national business. This business are currently undergoing expansion plans and you will play a pivotal role in these plans.
You will be working with the Senior Management Team, reporting into the owners of this business, ensuring smooth and efficient running of this growing business. This position is a very unique opportunity to join a profitable and growing business enterprise that will allow the successful individual to utilise their entrepreneurial skillset gained to date.
You will derive the business strategy on behalf of the Board incorporating finance, operations and HR.
This position will be working across a multiple of countries working with all country managing directors, to implement and manage the financial planning and analysis for all regions. You will of course oversee and manage the standard finance & accountancy reporting obligations but this opportunity will enable you to be involved in so many other areas than just finance. This is a truly commercial role that has huge potential for the right individual.
The successful Director of Finance will have:
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
- Have experience of working across Finance, HR & Operations, working at both a strategic level and also operational level
- Demonstration of effectively team management and delegation
