We offer several ways in which we can pay candidates:
Umbrella Company basis – working through an Umbrella Company. The Umbrella Company is responsible for your PAYE and NIC deductions and will invoice Howett Thorpe at an agreed rate on a weekly basis.
PAYE – Howett Thorpe is responsible for PAYE and NIC deduction and will pay candidates at an agreed rate on a weekly basis on receipt of an authorised timesheet via our online portal.
Contract – clients will employ candidates on a contractual basis for a certain period and pay them directly.
