Responsibilities:

  • Become knowledgeable in the different areas across your given specialism, such as finance or business support
  • Pre-qualification of candidates
  • Video interviews with candidates
  • Create job advertisements for live positions on behalf of Howett Thorpe’s clients
  • Visiting clients to strengthen and develop relationships
  • Development of Howett Thorpe’s client base, driving relationships within your region
  • Identifying and targeting specific businesses which could benefit from our services over time
  • New business generation through networking, telesales and social media
  • Sourcing candidates from job boards and the in-house database
  • Managing the interview-to-offer process with both candidates and clients
