Due to our growing reputation in the market, we are now looking to hire people to join our teams.

Whether you are just embarking on your career in sales or recruitment or are a senior-level consultant wanting to work in a truly autonomous environment, we would love to hear from you!  We have openings in our team to work on established areas within the finance team, and unlike our competitors, you will not be given a business area to develop from scratch.

Our recruitment roles are predominantly office-based (car parking is provided), although we do also offer the flexibility of working from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Become knowledgeable in the different areas across your given specialism, such as finance or business support
  • Pre-qualification of candidates
  • Video interviews with candidates
  • Create job advertisements for live positions on behalf of Howett Thorpe’s clients
  • Visiting clients to strengthen and develop relationships
  • Development of Howett Thorpe’s client base, driving relationships within your region
  • Identifying and targeting specific businesses which could benefit from our services over time
  • New business generation through networking, telesales and social media
  • Sourcing candidates from job boards and the in-house database
  • Managing the interview-to-offer process with both candidates and clients
