    • Stakeholder management including HMRC, auditors, banks, and senior leadership
    • Payroll, pensions, and statutory compliance (VAT, P11D, PSA)
    • Team leadership, training, and development of finance staff
    • CIS submissions and property/contract-based accounting
    • Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy
    • HR involvement including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
    • Multi-entity and international exposure (UK, Netherlands, Asia)
