- Full responsibility for maintaining both sales and purchase ledgers, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment runs.
- Acting as primary credit controller for over 100 UK and international accounts, managing queries, debt collection, and credit assessments.
- Weekly payroll processing for domestic and international staff, including reporting and contract reconciliation.
- Month-end duties including forecasting, accruals, profit calculation, and management reporting.
- Proficient in advanced Excel, Sage, Oracle, and Pinewood, with a strong track record of streamlining processes and improving reporting accuracy.
- Experienced in supporting year-end audits, liaising with multiple internal departments, and driving operational efficiencies across finance functions.
