Exposure includes:

  • High-volume purchase ledger processing, coding, and supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Weekly and monthly payment runs (BACS, Direct Debits, manual cheques).
  • Raising and allocating sales invoices, posting receipts, and handling customer queries.
  • Bank reconciliations, petty cash, expenses, and VAT support.
  • Experience in bookkeeping across varied sectors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers, and colleagues to resolve invoice/payment issues.

 Software knowledge: Sage, Sage 50, and Microsoft Office
